I am passionate about providing professional therapies in Shiatsu, Massage and Reiki.
Shiatsu has been described as Acupuncture without needles, as it is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It combines Eastern and Western philosophy, science and intuition, ancient and modern. So many people seem to be affected by health issues (migraines, digestive issues, fatigue, infertility) which Western medicine sometimes struggles to address effectively. Many of these people are turning to alternative therapies for solutions.
A long time advocate of Natural Therapies I enjoy assisting others in their journey of wellbeing, whether it be addressing ongoing health issues or providing a time and space for destressing.
Clients have the option of seeing me at two clinics, either a lovely serene mountain cottage at Hazelbrook (women only) or at Bella Vista at Holistic Health Norwest.
As a former Colour Designer and Architect, my clients can be assured of professionalism in every aspect of their dealings with me, and a lovely ambience of the treatment space.
